Terms for using Camels App

These terms apply to access and use of Camels App, a cloud POS software platform operated under the Camels App brand.

Service

Camels App provides software features for inventory management, sales records, receipts, invoices, expenses, reports, company branches, users, roles, and subscription billing.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping login details secure, maintaining accurate business information, and controlling user access within your organization.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Camels App for illegal activity, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, malware, deceptive sales activity, prohibited products, or any activity that creates unreasonable risk for the platform or its payment providers.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed according to the plan, billing cycle, limits, and price shown at checkout. Paddle may act as merchant of record for subscription purchases.

Customer Data

You retain responsibility for the business records and customer data you enter into the platform. You confirm that you have the right to process that data in Camels App.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, or emergency security work may affect access.
