How Camels App handles data

Camels App provides cloud POS software for businesses that manage inventory, sales, receipts, reports, branches, and users. This policy explains the information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

We collect account details such as name, email address, company, branch, role, and login information. Customers may add operational records such as products, stock movement, sales, invoices, receipts, expenses, customer names, and customer emails.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the service, secure accounts, process subscriptions, support customers, maintain records, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

Payments

Subscription checkout and payment processing may be handled by Paddle as merchant of record. Camels App does not store full card numbers.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to operate the platform, payment and compliance providers, or where required by law.

Retention and Security

We keep business records while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, accounting, dispute, and legal purposes. We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect the service.
